It’s 5 o’clock somewhere!  Lol jk
Seriously as adults we should strive to set a good example for our youth.  So noon start earliest, unless there mimosas or bloody Mary’s...

Be responsible parents. I've done a few tailgates between games at tournaments and it was fun for the adults and kids.  Grilling and fun.

So have I and I love beer but 9am? I'll be drinking coffee.

What's wrong with the question from this lady? Some of you guys are merciless. My kids play soccer, lax and basketball along with hockey and none of the parents tailgate drinking in those sports. Unbelievable.

If you start early enough, you can get home in time for a nap and start over

And you wonder why their kids start vaping, drinking, sexting, smoking, etc., many within a year!

you will soon find out some teams entirely exist as an excuse for parents to get hammered, sole reason to book multiple Tourneys and hotel stays as well. sad really.

I think parents use the sport as an excuse for their social existence. Some will find a valid reason to drink any time but they are probably also the ones screaming at the refs, screaming even more at their kid from the stands. I like having fun but tailgating at 9am youth hockey? NO

Sounds like we need a parking lot monitor in addition to a locker room monitor.
