What makes players better? 

#1 - The proper coaching, not a team's record; it's about proper development.  A coach that cares... A coach that prepares.  On the ice, off the ice, video breakdown, educating the player as much as possible.

#2 - Ice Time!  As much on-ice practice as possible.  It's then what you do with it and what the coach gets you to do with it.  We give 6 hours a week with mid-day ice adding even more.
