Predict the next Black Bear Rink purchase

My money is on Oaks. Their indifference shown towards running the rink is amazing. With new competition potentially popping up in the next 2-3 years I think they are ripe.

The first thing Black Bear should do is bulldoze BCI.  That place is a dump.

Acquisitions...who really knows what most rinks finances look like?  I wouldn’t have thought the Skate Zones were doing poorly.

Black Bear doesn't own BCI. They own the lease for Rink 1. They do own Revolution Ice Gardens.
