Rockets Hockey and Hollydell Hurricanes for their pathetic display  at AHF 10UAA playoffs. I would expect nothing less from both of these POS parent groups! Who cares who started it? Can we please get the adults in the rink to stand up!

Wow, saw this fight on Facebook Atlantic Hockey Federation Discussion Group. This was crazy! I was not shocked about the behavior from the Hollydell parents. They are widely known to be the worst parents south of NY. I guarantee alcohol and food were involved from the look of the blonde who started it and the brunette wrapped in a table clothe jumping on the seat. Probably 3 cheeseburgers and a box of wine each! I am thrilled this was on video because Hollydell can't blame other teams parents like always. The have been exposed to what they truly are: SCUMBAGS!

The below link is for all the parents that value winning more than fun. Who put too much pressure on their kids to succeed. It is for all those crazy parents at Rockets Hockey, Hollydell, PHC, Little Flyers and any other rink where winning is more important than creating a fun environment for kids to love ice hockey. Read it and learn you are doing real harm to your child by putting too much pressure on them. Relax and let you kid have fun. Also read the part about what coaches think about parentsz:

here's your 🏆and here's little Johnny's🏆 , here everyone gets a 🏆 making 🐈's out of them. Could careless what the coaches say being ever since my kid 2nd yr of playing all the coaches cared about was the W(baseball & hockey). Before 2nd yr peewee maybe 1st yr bantam it's about learning and having fun after that it's time too knuckle up, put your big boy pants on and buckle up and play to win. You play to win the game, earn that darn 🏆 not just handed on. If you want to play for funzies play rec/in house, don't play travel or scholastic(which is way more cut throat) and that goes for all sports. I don't agree with getting physical and all the yelling, that's why I stand alone at all his sporting events.

Written by a father who is prepping his kid for burnout. Nothing matters until puberty hits- 14-17. I did what article says and made it fun for my kid. Now a 2nd year Bantam he is bigger, stronger and faster  than all the so called "superstar" kids from SQ & PW, I told the dads whose kids made life hell on my son (because he was not the fastest or biggest at 10-12) to go f*ck themselves. Being a former D1 athlete I know it is a marathon not a sprint. So take your emojis and shove them up your a**! IDIOT!!!!!!!!

AWW snowflake got his feelings hurt. Being a former AA ball player, you can stick your D1 up your ascot. Yup my kids burnt out, that's why one his playing hockey for a NCAA D3 school, one is playing on a full scholarship for baseball and my youngest son going into his final yr of high school playing AAA hockey for the 4th yr got an offer(partial scholarship) to a NCAA D2 school. My teen daughter is happy with being a spot player on her school softball and soccer teams and that's ok. Notice I said 2nd yr peewee/1st yr bantam which would be 12/13yrs old which is the average age boys hit puberty. You being a former D1 athlete, I guess college didn't teach reading comprehension. I didn't push my kids to do more than they can handle, they always wanted more.

If you really said that to the parents, good for you. I always taught my kids to be respectful to their teammates and if I found out they weren't they would be punished. It's the job of the stronger players to help the weaker ones, not to put them down.

I take that back, I did push my kids in away. School and their grades come 1st. After your done playing that is what will get you threw life. I got drafted out of high school, spent 3yrs in low A/high A before AA. At age 23 I got blown up on a play at 2nd base, ending my career. No college degree to fall back on at age 24 I went to trade school and worked my way up to management. My D3 son is going for Physical Therapy, the baseball player is going for Sports Management and Communications, my senior(AAA player) wants to follow in his mom's footsteps and become a teacher. My daughter wants to be a dental hygienist and will start that next yr in 10th grade at vo-tech.

For an idiot as he/she/it claimed the commentor to be they actually seems pretty bright, has kids headed in the right direction. In the comment where they mentioned handing out trophies they didn't get personal.  Why did you? Are you sure you weren't the bully parent, seems you are trying to be one on here on the keyboard.

Funny thing is if does summer camps in PA, NJ, Delaware, Maryland he maybe paying my D3 son to instruct his kid. 3 yrs ago his 2 college teammates started their own travel camp/clinic business during the summer and he is one of their instructors since it started. They run 10-12 3day clinics, 7hrs per day for $425 with a 20 skater min 30 skater max plus they invite 4 goalies from the rink for free. The breakdown is 30min off ice warmup/15min get changed/2hrs skating instruction/15min get changed/40min lunch(provided) plus chalk talk with guess instructor/20min lite stretch/15min get changed/2hrs on ice puck handling and shooting/15min get changed/ 30min off ice drills. Every clinic has a special guess instructor, in the past they had their D3 coach(made it as far as the AHL), players from the ECHL, D1 players from Michigan, Penn State and others. I'd post their name but my son don't want me too, afraid people that don't agree with me will try to ruin their rep. I hope I gave enough to be able to find them, they have great reviews and many repeat skaters.
