I have to agree regarding the current Hatfield board, they have treated some players and families very poorly.

As far as winning/losing, they certainly have some winning teams.  Some of it can be coaching but ultimately you are only as good as the talent available to you.

What exactly is Revolution winning? Their teams are 4-19 & 1-12

In other merger news, I heard that DE Ducks and Blue Hens are merging and will play out of U of D Rink. Not sure if there were officially getting kicked out of the Pond, but I think the Ducks board have an idea that day is coming and it taking a proactive step. Sounds like the rink wants to have their own team. Curious to see how this plays out.

Would make sense to combine the two clubs, They're 20 mins away from each other. But what sense would that make for the pond to unload the Ducks? They are the only club playing out of that rink aren't they?

They're even closer than that. Within 3 miles of each other.

Booting the Ducks would give the PIC a captive customer base. And Club Fee $ > Ice Rental $. The Jr. Blue Hen's have limited ice time so could not absorb both clubs.

from what we've heard the Wildcats are taking over. So whoever is on their board is the board, Montagna?

OMG! I hope so.

Both hockey clubs don't win. Joining them together won't make a difference, check out the Philadelphia Revolution if you want to win. Look at the hockey rankings website if you don't believe it.
And the Rev has the nicest, cleanest rink in the area!

Thats not true. The Ice Gardens smell like a combination of sewage and leaking natural gas inside year round and the rinks are always in terrible condition.

And if anyone dares to drink anything in that rink, water, coffee or fountain soda made with their water, best of luck to you.  And lets not forget the pet rodents that like to run behind the benches.

I’d take those rodents over the Hatfield board.
