The Knights Are Back At It

The coaching staff at North Penn Ice Hockey is starting the 2022-2023 Suburban High School Hockey League with a clean slate. The game plan is clear, and concise, "they're here to win". Looking to rebound from last season, the Knights kicked off camp in September incorporating off ice training, and team bonding activities. With the covid measures of the past two seasons causing all kinds of havoc with player scheduling and management the club wanted to get started early in order to instill structure and cohesiveness. The objective is simple: to get everybody on the same page and to understand one another, their roles and expectations the coaching staff has for each individual in order to execute at game time as a team. The Knights practice twice a week through September and October and begin their preseason next week. The regular season begins November 2nd.
