Fact.
The property was sold to Madison Title Agency, Lakewood, NJ c/o Joseph Rosenbaum for land development with speculation of Senior Housing in the works. Rumor is the owner and George couldn't come to terms. The ice rink and the "dorm" have a negotiated term for a LEASE with Harmony Hockey c/o George H. through Madison (Mr. Rosenbaum) to care for the facility however have no ownership. Check the tax records...Excited to see it stay a rink for as long as it holds out.
