I feel there will be limited travel in the areas where teams are from but lets wait for the leagues to decide.

There will probably be problems for Team Maryland and the Little Caps of the AYHL to travel to PA, NJ and NY this season because of the the travel restriction.

Or how about the kids living in DE playing for PA teams, or the DE teams playing DVHL trying to travel to PA to play games.

Make smaller regional divisions and have the DE teams play DE teams and the PA teams play PA teams.

So the, at most, two Delaware teams will be in a division? How about when there is only one Delaware team at a level. That happens frequently, particularly at AA.
