Yup. It's like they want you to forget what happened to the 19-20 team, where a large # of loyal players/parents were cut and fled to Little Flyers. Chased after rankings with JB and it blew up in their face

Hot rumor: coach and sons from SJ rink heading down rt 55 next year. Coach has 2 teams at current rink. Nightmare scenario for longtime club director especially after mass defections of coaches and kids last year. $100 to person who guesses who I am talking about. Leave your email to claim money.

Rumor is true. JH from FY is leaving to coach 2014 AAA PHC team next year. What will all those kool-aid drinking FY 2013 kids do? People left other rinks this year to go play for JH and now he is leaving for PHC. ML and a lot of 2013 parents must be freaking out!

I’d be more worried if i was a phc 2014 parent. JH won’t put up with the pecking order mentality. Also he’s able to pull talent from elsewhere that may not be on anyone’s radar. Huge blow to fy no doubt.

I can see multiple 2013 FY families leave and go to other rinks. Some of those FY 2013 kids already do skates at FE, so FE may benefit. PHC is getting JH's son, so that is a huge win. He is a talented kid and immediately elevates PHC in the rankings. I heard 4-5 kids were being replaced next year. Well at least 1 kid is gone. PHC loves to screw over their own players, so some parents at PHC should not be happy about this!

This is exactly what’s wrong with AAA hockey. FE celebrating kids leaving a mediocre tier 2 program for their tier 1 teams.

How about everyone at FE should go to FY and play tier 2 because that’s essentially what you’re doing now?

I wrote the FY skating at FE post. My kid is not at FE. I just stated that kids from FY  skate there and FE may get a few kids from FY. There are a few very good players on JH 2013 team that will leave. I just think some will leave for FE. It was not celebrating. One thing is you do get way more for you money at Tier 1 than Tier 2.

this tells you all you need to know about phc, development is second to winning. There are  kids at 10u that play 10 minutes of a game.
