This parent 100% says his kid is the best 2015 birth year player in the entire USA! Gotta love those crazies from PHC. Delusional much?

I know exactly who you are referencing. My kid plays against PHC in AYHL. This "dad" coach was screaming from the bench at his "superstar" kid the entire game. The kid is a very good player but he is 10! This guy is nuts and will not know if he kid will be any good until he is 15 or 16. PHC parents at all levels are bat-sh*t crazy!!!!!!

Reason PHC 2015 dad had son skip Brick has come out. His kid was granted exceptional status and is now eligible for 2025 NHL Draft. Dad's response "My son is NHL ready. He just dominated 9u and will lead NHL in scoring as a 10 year old!"  Apparently Islanders agree and will select 10 year old with 1st pick. Other NHL teams now scrambling to scout all PHC teams. TB just registerd the "PHC Hockey Delusional Talent Agency" to be players agents. Hurricanes parents paying triple tuition just to practice with the greatest amatuer hockey teams since peak USSR of 1970's! Hollydell gets major sponsorship from Ancora Psychiatric Hospital. What a day to be a Hollydell player and patient! Sorry,  I meant parent not patient.

Where was I attacking a 9/10 year old kid? I was talking about the kids lunatic father. I said in my posts the kid is a very good player, but the dad thinks he is going to the NHL. That is why I posted about him getting "exceptional status". I never would attack a kid, unlike this kids father, who  constantly talks crap about other kids he coaches. Get a life and stop starting crap about someone attacking a kid. Also if you do not know who this guy is, go to a 2015 PHC games and you will be able to pick him out once the puck drops. He is the dumbass screaming from the forward door!

In a world of lunatic sports parents, in a sport with high percentage of craziness, in a rink of infamy (Hollydell), on a club of maniacs (PHC/Hurricanes)...this guy sticks out.  What an accomplishment!

AAA hockey in the mid Atlantic is terrible.  It is not truly AAA.  Places like Michigan have true AAA hockey.  How many teams from here go out that and win?  Not many if any.  These teams like lf, JRF, PHC, and so on are just money dumpsters not to mention the thf teams.  The cost of AAA in Michigan is a lot cheaper and they see development.  So enjoy the AAA hockey around here.

I agree 100% and my kid plays for a THF "AAA" team. there should be 2 AAA teams in SE PA and 2 in SJ/CJ. There are not enough true AAA players to fill out rosters and this causes a watering down of AA, A and so on. This watering down causes people like us to move to the THF to get better competition because the AHF pure AA sucks besides maybe the top 3-4 teams. The AYHL is also watered down after the top 3-teams. This is all the AAHA fault. Only allow 4 AAA teams in Delaware Valley and maybe 2-3 more in North Jersey and the problem is solved. Also they should ban all AAA below Bantam. No one knows (except that 2015 PHC kid's dad) if these kids will be any good until puberty hits, so why not just ban AAA before they turn 13? The rinks can make up for it by charging every level a little more $.

Which is the point when I made the original post. As long as parents are willing to pay it won't change. To the clubs, leagues, district and even USA hockey it's all about money, nothing else.
