Early last night a local Penndel boy was pulled unresponsive from the rain swollen Mill Creek in Levittown just hours after powerful rain storms rolled through south eastern Bucks and surrounding counties.

The teen fell out of a kayak and was swept under the overflowing creek current off of Snowball Drive near Silverspruce Lane in Middletown’s Levittown section shortly before 8:30 p.m. Later identified as 15 year old Phil Oseredzuk , he was pronounced dead at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia early Thursday morning.

Phil played hockey for both Neshaminy High School and the DVHL Grundy Senators.

So sad! May god bless Phil and his family! Our thoughts and prayers are with them! God's team needs angels too!

No sense including condolences along with the original post! Sad that this will get very little response I'm sure, but posts about skate hollow and radius for a 6 year old will be top of the heap!

Very sad to hear, sounded like he was a very hard working and likable young man, my condolences to his family and friends.
