All the kids that did not make little flyers can go out for Hershey.  Iam sure the phc kids that did not make the team will go there along with the rest of the kids that did not make it. So the “aaa” still have a shot. Sprinkle in some daddy coached kids from aa teams that may make it due to political world. Seems like a lot of people want to chase this dream.  Some of these kids cannot spend the night at a neighbors but yet their parents are pushing for this.  Good luck to all.  I hope everyone comes out happy in the end.

I couldnt agree more.  these kids are 12 yet some of these people have them anointed as the " Next Ones".

Many of these kids will be sucking their thumbs in a year when hitting begins. so everyone settle down.  PHC is the top of the heap today but we all know those kids will be getting run two years from now during hitting and a bunch of those kids will be scared sh itless and be come lax dudes

"I have no kid at this age" what are you even writing for then? Were you at tryouts? If not then dont comment. I was personally at the tryouts and watched and know most of the kids who tried out for south. They picked the best possible team. And im saying this when my kid didnt even get a spot.

It sounds like most of you complaining are trying to live through your kids. Let your kids decide their dreams. Tell them if they want something they need to beat the competition and stay out of the rest.

Who cares who made what.  I am sure there are aa players that are better than aaa players. Everyone knows it’s politics and dads that run show.  If ur kid makes it great open up the wallet if they don’t enjoy the season which league they are in.  Truthfully next year some kids may drop off due to hitting but that time will when it needs to enjoy this year.  People need to just shut their mouths and watch from the stands not be trying to do this that and other.  On a side note the nhl scouts will be Canada looking for the next great one.  But honestly folks people have that fear of missing out and like to piss money away.

I hope everyone realizes that while making any PWQ team is an honor, in the long journey to the next level, it means nothing. Kids should be excited to go but parents need to chill. My older kid never went and still played D1. Keep you eye on the prize people!

Actually the most unbiased tryout in the last decade. All kids picked were the best ones at tryouts. If you dont want that many PHC kids on the team then make sure your kid is ready to beat them at tryouts.

I was at tryout. Most untrue comment on this board! There were at least 10 kids better than 6 of the PHC kids chosen (my kid not one of them). The power that TB/PHC has over the district is amazing. Does TB have compromising material on the people that chose the teams? This entire process really soured me on trying out for anything the AAHA runs. Complete money grab when the district knew who was on the team, but they have to go through the charade!

That is true.  AAHA is a joke, i refuse to do anything with the district until 15-16. It is 100% all a money grab. Wait until he is 15-16 to do anything.

Peewee quebec is just like any other youth sports shitshow.  Of course aaha wants to show of their all talented phc team.  I mean like someone said earlier they did wonders against little ceasers. Even with their shut down goal tender.  This is a money grab for those folks that are looking to meet those nhl scouts.  All these all stars will have daddy involved as well when they need to.

District should have just taken the entire PHC team and maybe add 2-3 other players. PHC would have a better shot as a team than an all-star team from the district. Most of these kids have been together since mites!
