I am convinced all these teams are selected based on coaches knowing the players. Brick, PWQ and others are all political. I see better players at tryouts getting passed over for kids playing on the so called "elite' teams- JRF, PHC, LF etc. I am told this happens on girls teams too. Girls who play strictly boys are passed over for girls on JrF or PTL. It is 95% politics. I keep my kids away from this and concentrate on off-ice during spring and summer. Every year they get better and coaches are amazed. It is called developing an athlete, not just a hockey player. People need to wake up and reject these BS/Political tournaments. Talent should win out in the end, but like other sports, politics shapes these teams to the detriment of the team and players. Boycott all these teams!

None of the teams listed are elite.  They are all based off daddy puck and money.  Good luck and team Hershey will stink as well.

Regardless if your kid is good or not Hershey is the best PW Quebec experience in the Tri State area. Once your son/daughter makes the team they run it like a NHL team, top to bottom its worth it. Again it means nothing until there 15 so enjoy it.

I’m curious what sets the hershey program ahead of the Atlantic districts? Genuine question I have zero experience with anything pee wee Quebec.

Hershey is a step below District teams. This is a team for "top" kids that got cut from Flyers/Devils squads. I say "top" because some of these kids are better than players chosen for District teams!

Way more practice time than the District teams and the cost is much better.  Also more team building opportunities.

Biggest perk ... its way cheaper, ~20% of what it costs to play on District team
