Hockey is filled with people who, collect paychecks, people who care and shitty parents. You can only have two of those in a rink, all three can not coexists. People who collect pay checks are more then happy to pacify the the complaining parent to keep the money train flowing. The person who cares can deal with nether and leaves. It’s simple, the sport is filled with delusional parents looking for a return from juniors nhl career and leaches sucking the retirement plan.

New guy didn’t even last a month.hahaha a bbsg employee. Wow!  Well next up will be daddy in the stand.  Some of these teams do not have coaches now (until the dads unite) and season is about to start. Everyone under contract and can not break it.  What a shit show just like the rink it self.

What happened to that place? It went from so many teams to no teams at certain age groups.
 Just hiring the wrong people and probably allowing toxic parents to control who is on what team, I guess if parents force their ways on to benches then you can put your kid at starting Center and play them on the first 2 lines.

This is terrible.  All those kids under contract and they are in a huge debacle called the ducks.  This place has gone to shit and keeps getting worse.  Seems like the ducks org has many internal issues and the rink situation does not help it.  Jbh and Nighthawk's will get more kids next year a lot of these people will walk unless they want to play for this type of org.

I bet the board is scrambling if there is still a board.  Who coaches the teams without a coach uncertified dads?  Can kids leave or is BBSG  going to screw them.  If I was in the situation I would be out.  No director and coachless teams what a waste.

Have they found a new director?  Season about start and missing director and coaches not a good luck.  Better join forces with jbh to get full teams back in action
