Change to no contact until mid november

Follow me here it's just a suggestion to get us out of high risk into medium. In illinois we're tetering on losing the kids hockey because pritzker says we are high risk because of contact.I'd imaging the same thing is going to happen for all youth hockey. What if our leagues all agreed to forgo checking and contact in all age groups until the covid rules are gone? Would anybody go with this or is it too overboard?

If it gets my son back playing then do whatever it takes. He already got screwed for districts last season and this is his final season. Hitting is virtually non existent in foreign leagues.
