Seems Igloo had no choice. So many defections since TF left. BF should neve have been hired. He was too young and listened to all the wrong people. 2011 thru 2015 Player exodus over last 3 years to Mercer, Blazers, FE, FY and PHC was devastating. It is a shame. We played their 2 years- one under TF and 1 under BF. TF was great, BF not so much. Letting problem parents and bad coaches dictate how you run the program was a huge mistake by BF. In the end he lost his job by forcing out good families/coaches and keeping problem parents/coaches. Hope this move improves the rink, but not sure anything can be done at this point. Igloo is seen as a rink of last resort. They have a lot of work to do!

This should have happened before tryouts for 12U and under. We lost our best talent at those levels. Losing the kids we did at 2012 was not a big deal but 2013, 2014 & 2015 we lost our top players. This was a huge miscalculation by BB.
