Looks like another change of leadership at the ducks.  Cannon ousted again imagine that.  New guy Kenny in another Delaware guy so not big mix up but I do wonder what kind of promises Cannon made that won’t come true now.Bet he goes back across the tracks to blue hens.  I guess BBSG had enough of his not doing.

Not a big surprise here. Rumor had it they been looking for his replacement and even offering the position prior to this which the person decline.  I heard he made tons of promises to the teams he had there and kept none of them. Plus I don’t think he had 16u and 18u teams. A big black bear no no. That rink continues to have issues and who knows if Theo new guy can solve them.

Who cares it is another crap rink owned by BBSG. Ducks will have a bunch of kids leave again. All there teams are below average and anyone that comes there is gone after a season or two.

You’re not wrong. Between the letter gang coming in and then leaving and some raptor kids going there but they are replacing the kids who left. No real influx of kids. One thing I saw is they might bring back Zesut, which is the only good thing.

Was there ever any leadership from that Ducks Director? I heard he delegated a lot of stuff to the parent coaches and to the board. Pretty sure no lose there.  That facility looks crappy and ice is terrible from the times we had to play there. I can see why people don’t go there.

This organization has been a mess for years.  Even after BB bought it.  It’s full of daddy coaches that think their child will be the next great one.  Ducks have not been stable for many years.  The rink it’s a disaster and a lot of toxic parents that do not leave their because they know their player would make the lowest team at other clubs.

Does anyone have any ACTUAL information on why SC was fired?  (See what I did there, South Jersey?... "SC") 

SC failed to fill 18U and 16U teams. But. anyone with a brain knows that most the older players from the Ducks left with "MM" to the Nighthawks and a few to Team Philly.  That problem will be solved on its own by the younger Ducks aging up into 14U, 16U, and 18U age levels. 

The younger Ducks teams are fully filled (12U, 10U, 8U).   That is a base that you can build off of.

The org has been a mess for years. Many chased MM when he left and many got tired of the same typical BS and left for other rinks. The place still smells horribly, both rinks need maintenance, and all BB cares about is picking Pennie’s from other the bleachers. This new so called new guy will encounter the same people who ruin that place. SC was lazy and no one wanted to go there for him.

Good luck to the new guy.  That place is a dump with kids that will leave once lower Delaware gets there team back.  SC was lazy second let go from that place is pretty bad. Bring in another new guy won’t last more than 2 years.
