Article from YDR says that all travelers coming in from list of states including Delaware should voluntarily quarantine. Some state are issuing steep fines. We're not there yet but close.

COVID-19: 4 more states, including DE, added to PA quarantine list

"If they are caught violating that quarantine — say a police officer pulls them over for an infraction and sees they have an out-of-state license — then a judge could issue a mandatory quarantine order under certain circumstances, Wolf said during a press briefing."

Patient Zero is established all the time and so is extended contact tracing from an event. If 5 days after a game at rink A all of a sudden there is a string of 20 cases and contact tracing shows a bunch of other cases show up at the same time in another team with kids and parents from Delaware who were at the rink the dots will be connected. Rink lose operatng licenses or fined for allowing DE players? Maybe USA Hockey doesn't want to shut down rinks, but state governments have already proved the can and will.

Friends in California are saying their rink is getting shut down again. Is it really worth it to have kids crossing state lines to play hockey knowing it could be the move that closes your rink? Just call these season a wash and play some scrimmages with kids from withing rink. It's only going to get worse in the fall when every kid with a cough or sniffle will have to be removed from practices or games. We don't even know the protocols for getting sick kids back on the ice since someone could test negative one day and positive the next. Is every illness sign a 14 day quarantine and can't come back until negative test? The coaches are supposed to be pulling any kids with signs of illness off the ice.

Patient zero? Investigating and connecting dots to formulate a scientific hypothesis? This all makes total sense since rink owners are now virologists and board of health inspectors. I would believe that scenario if this were the movie outbreak. Only then would this kind of over the top assumption be believable. Kids get cold like symptoms and recover almost instantly. Blood doesn't pour out of every orifice in their bodies and turn them into moosh making everybody else around them look like walking zombies. Stop watching the news you nosophobic alarmist.

It's called science, you knuckle-dragging pillock, and any snotty-nosed kids will be assumed to be crawling with plague and hauled off the ice before they take down the rest of the team. That's a USA Hockey rule. Any parent who doses up a kid with Tylenol to bypass temperature testing will be found out and their kid is going to be a pariah.

No, rink owners don't have to be virologists. In fact, it's all been made excruciatingly simple, so simple that it defies logic that so many people can't understand how to behave in simple ways that will make this all end sooner rather than later. Follow the CDC and state rules which in PA now include no more than 25 people indoors at a time, wear a mask, wash your manky hands, make sure people are 6 feet apart on and off the ice, and then clean the hell out of everything every time someone comes near it. It's not rocket surgery.

You wanna shut down your rink, then invite those people in, the no-mask-wearing sovereign citizens who think their kid's swanning around on the ice while swatting at pucks is doing the leauge some great favor. I don't hear any teams stepping up to support their rinks by offering to pay the fines once they start dropping, no team moms offering to hold bake sales to pay the rink's legal fees. As soon as their rink owner is fined for allowing quarantine-state players in or any other reckless behavior, it will be all finger pointing and who me? and pulling empty pockets out.

USA hockey with their "dues" - anybody with a brain knows that the "insurance" is only there so it does not qualify as a scam and will cover nothing. oh yea I forgot, it's the science.  where is the link to the science anyway, I can find the link to the store, but not the science.

Thank you for your expert knowledge agent scully can you show us the science of this plague that has a proven 99percent recovery rate? Stay home and sit your kid out if you are afraid to venture out into the wilds of this disease ridden world.
