Pa gov makes no sense with youth sports

I saw this link one of the facebook groups and it says the students can't travel to play youth sports but it only pertains to students over the age of 11. We really can't understand why the AAHA and DVHL have these dumb restrictions when it clearly states here on the website. Photos from Clayton Edwards's post in DVHL - Delaware Valley Hockey League

Nothing in this world makes sense anymore. Governors make their own illegal unconstitutional laws and the health managers do whatever they tell them.
