There is not one thing in this statement that’s even remotely true. Black Bear buying RIG and taking the lease over at BCI had nothing to do with David Sheer selling Wintersport. He got an offer for that rink that he couldn’t refuse, it’s that simple. The timelines don’t even match up

Their idea is to make sure that isn't possible. Excluding less than a handful of rinks within a reasonable drive from the Philly area, what are non BB options?

This is partially true. The Wintersport acquisition was included in the original RIG and BCI deal with BB. The PUBLIC timelines don't add up for a specific purpose that are non-related but maybe take a look into who is developing the Wintersport project. SBG Management/Construction is owned by Phil and Devra Pulley. Think of it as reciprocal back-scratching. 1+1=3 in this case. Sheer didn't stand a chance and knew it.

If that's the case, then Phil's newly acquired property is in perfect shape to begin occupancy, since all of his properties typically resemble this. In fact, this beauty in its current form would qualify as one of Phil's higher-priced living spaces as is.

I was on the Royals team that won Can/Am in lake placid under coach Shaffer. Very sad to see wintersport go. Royals had great uniforms.
