He is a douche with small man complex..he is know for favoritism and making under the table deals... He has no idea how to eval talent... Stay far away.

Agree 100%. Don't forget he is a compulsive liar too! How many idiot kids leave other AAA programs because TB promises them a PHC slot only to get cut and play crappy pure AHF AA. TOO MANY TO COUNT!

TB is a great guy.  My son did skates and clinics with him. He did great job and Hollydell is a classy establishment.  I have nothing but great things to say about TB I have actually sat down and held conversations with him at the rink.

Ask the 2015 and 2011 teams how good a coach he is. Rumor is a bunch of kids will be leaving both teams. Kids and parents both not fans of TB
