Oh boy! BB pissed of Senator Chris Murphy (CT) at a hockey game for filming his kid. Look for congressional hearings and legislation on Private Equity in youth sports. BB is in trouble for creating a monopoly in certain areas and oversight is coming. The USA Today article on Dallas Stars controlling youth hockey in Texas has stirred up a hornets nest. Can't wait to see what comes of this.

Truth is, you could make a case, they are charging for access to a broadcast, they should be paying the participants. Kinda like the college NIL. They are making money off of the product being viewed. Not a lawyer, but I am sure there is a case to be made
