Genesis has non parent coaches at 18AA, 16AA, 15AA, 14AA, 13AA, 12AA. 11AA is a parent but one who coached high school forever. Also non parent at 18A, both 16A levels. There are others but you get the idea

That is not true at all.  Go to their website and you will see all of the AA teams have daddy coaches on their staff except one team.  That whole club is run by the same families and there are many unhappy folks there.  I know of quite a few families that are planning on leaving this club from multiple age groups.

Now begins the back door deals. The rubs of the tips and how is my A player going to make that aaa team or aa team. The coaching list will begin to trickle out and people will start to scramble for the oh shit what do we do.

13AA - parent assistant that has been a successful head coach over many years

Are you seriously suggesting that a club that has almost no parents coaching AA is somehow wrong for having some parent assistants?

When will clubs start to announce the coaches.  Does it start with tier 1 teams first.

Follow what clubs you are interested in on facebook. Typically, they announce Teir1 1st, then AA coaches. Some clubs have A teams with nonparent coaches and B teams have parent coaches.
