My son is looking to play Spring/Summer hockey in the PA/DE/MD area.

Check the DVHL fanpage, AHF discussion group, and NJYHL forum. You will find teams there looking. You can also check with GOTTA hockey, we did tournaments with them in the past and usually they field pretty good A & AA teams.
