What are they?

PROS:  Partial season teams automatically vault over 40+ game full season teams who have been with the AHF since its conception.

CONS: You beat a team 3 times and they are placed 14 spots ahead of you.

UGLY: Nobody knows how it works.

There are no Pros, only Cons. The system makes no sense and neither does BB new rating system. BB is just trying to control everything and fix things that are not broke. They are making youth hockey worse. Ratings changes, more Tier 1 teams, age level AA teams diluting lower levels, buying up rinks then raising prices, leagues where you have to travel 4 hours for 2 games and a Tier 1 league that sucks! My hotel stays have gone from 3 per year to over 8 this year due to AHF travel. Pretty soon BB will be buying up hotels and forcing teams to stay when over 1 hr away.
