So does anyone know, if a player try’s out at squirt or Peewee they only require $50 and then if they don’t make it they can go somewhere else?  Haven’t gotten a straight answer on this.  I thought Dvhl has a no cut policy at these levels and that’s why it’s called an evaluation, but according to the posting you only need $50 at Royals.  So confusing

The no cut policy is deceiving. I thought what it really meant was that if they don't have a spot for you, that are required to find you somewhere to play. I know Hawks just offer to send the kids to an in house program at the Springfield rink. I think Delco puts kids in the Dragons program at Iceworks.
If you don't make make it at the Royals you can be released and go anywhere. The problem is that everyone has try outs the same week so you are left hoping someone else has an opening.

You can pay the 50 and tryout but its up to you to decide or let you kid get picked and land wherever he is picked. You can leave if you want after that tryout and go to another tryout but you won't get your money back. Know one thing first before you decide to go somewhere else. It isnt different anywhere else every club is politic driven and existing players in the club get picked first favoritism follows and anybody else new who doesnt fit normally goes right to b.

Misinformation 🤦🏻

Mites-PeeWee’s are evaluations and the fee for these Evals is $50 if pre-registered. After placement on a team I’m sure a deposit will then be required.

Bantam-Midget are considered tryouts for every Tier II org. Same thing there though pay your $50 after team placement pay your deposit.

I noticed they split evals by birth year, curious if they are going to try to field all pure teams?

Royals are only club charging the $50 non refundable fee that doesn’t go toward dues!  Two local clubs waived their fees and are free registration.  One local club is offering 10% discount for new players.

You obviously have it in for black bear! If you really want to let everyone know the facts, then please list genesis, VF Colonials, team Phila, Delco, Haverford hawks, and the flames, who are all charging more, and are also in the area! Please list the true facts, or just let us know what your true issue is.
