I guess it’s tough to get up for a meaningless game after you clinch your 4th straight DVHL Championship.

Congratulations Blazers 18u AA.

All this back and forth whining over a tier 2 team.  Yes they have some good players and will most likely go to nationals at Tier 2.  How many of them got tendered?  How many are going to NCAA hockey?  Enough already.  They will make good beer leaguers in a few years.

Come play with the big boys in Tier 1, then you can have your silly argument -- AAA is the only game in District, the rest is just house league with tournament.  If these players were so good, the Avs, JRF, MM, Mercer would all be calling them.

Overpay for youth hockey and you think your kid is going to make it big. I know plenty of players at AAA that got tendered and they are wasting their time and money. Got to school and get an education.

That goes for you as well, Tier 1 daddy.

Looks like Blazers are playing the Colts from NJYHL who already qualified for nationals this Saturday.  Will be a true test for them.  Colts are 41-3 on the year...

Now that the season is over, stick taps to the Blazers for finishing strong and heading to nationals. It’s time to root for their success at nationals.

Also, let’s wish the Delaware Junior Blue Hens well as they make a run at nationals as well.

Yesterday was my last ride after watching two sons play mite through midget in DVHL. Look forward to watching with no skin in the games moving forward.

My son has played tier1 for 8 years and has always been top 3 in scoring on all of the teams he played on. He was the top scorer on his high school team each of the last 3 years. He will not be playing in college we never heard from any NCAA coaches and he would rather hang them up then play club. Needless tho say I'm not happy.
