AA now water downed

Not sure what leagues are being discussed, but in DVHL bantam AA there is only 1 game this whole season with a double digit score. In EJ, half the field is over .500, half under. In every sport there will be clubs that lose and clubs that win.  But, neither of those look objectively "watered down".
