So many negative comments about clubs and management. This is about the kids, not your personal vendettas.

I read all of them what's negative? That's what hockey teams and parents do.

Quakers have opened their wait list which means some of them are leaving. Bunch of Hawks leaving, players, coaches mostly going to Iceworks. They only had 2 Pee Wee teams this year and night only have 2 Squirt next year and at most 2 Mites - they usually have four Mites. Seems like the smaller members clubs that aren’t run well are losing out to the big rinks.

Sad all around.

This is true but the fact is some of those players aren’t st the level of play but connections for high school teams and politics play a huge part over actual talent.

We've been with the Quakers for 5 years and the wait list is always used.

Spot on, it should be about the kids but some clubs just want to win at any cost.  Disappointing that there is a lot of negativity out there chasing the level letter designation.

Any where but Revolution! Most families from last year are leaving! Many broken promises, poor coaching, and poor leadership!

That's not true at all. The disease that plagued the Revolution is gone. A new company and management team are running the rink and the club. There won't be anymore broken promises. The future actually looks very good and contrary to your believe that players are leaving it's quite the opposite.

I’m not connected to the Blazers in any way, but if they are investing in paid coaches they are investing in developing players. A lot of the complaining here comes across as petty jealousy.

Hate to say I've heard that before, but hopefully this time it's true. The part about current families not returning is troubling though. I've heard first hand from parents say it's Tier 1 or bust. If their child doesn't make Tier 1 they'd leave because Tier 2 is so messed up.  I don't think Phil had anything to do with the poor coaching if true.
