If there is no youth hockey or limited amount, how will rinks in the area survive ?

They will do what everybody else does and turn everythign off. Seems like right now with all of the alarmists acting like this virus is the worst thing that ever happened to mankind. We might as well just shut down the world for good. Its pathetic what is happening to humanity.

This will actual be a positive for the hockey community, only the strong will survive with regards to rinks, consolidation of clubs, better product for customers -- kids will be beneficiaries

I don't see how rinks failing and closing is a good thing for anybody. That's people's livelihood.

Rinks closing is the LAST thing anyone needs. First, these rinks employ people who need that paycheck. Second, fewer rinks means fewer kids playing hockey because there is less available ice. That's not good for the future of the sport at all.
