Well let's analyze:

Ducks currently have a 16U AA team.  But only 3 or 4 are 15yo 2008s.   So let's say 3 return.
Ducks do not have any 15U teams.

But they have 3 teams at 14U.  (AA, UA, LA).  So without any inside info, just looking at the AHF stats, maybe (6) of the 14 yos could play on a 16UAA team next year.  Now they are at 9 players.

Maybe grab 1 Blue Hen.  Now they are at 10 players.

Attract 2-3 cats and dogs from the surrounding clubs.  Now they are at 13 players.

Rehabilitate 3-4 Nighthawks.  Now they are at 17 players.

That team doesn't win the AHF, probably doesn't beat the Nighthawks for Nationals, but it is a AA team.  And they may need a goalie or two.

Looks like they posted coaches for 2024-2025 season for the Ducks.  So take a look at the power house teams they will be fielding.

I am sure alot of kids that jump ship will not be back.  They dismantled the 13uaa team and those kids had to scramble to other clubs or stay at program that is lacking players.  I as a parent would not want my kid to play there when teams are dismnatling mid season beucase they did not have enough players or were misplaced to begin with.  Stay away from this place its toxic and there are plenty of other options.

I'm interested.  What is so toxic there?  I understand the scandal.  But there is no management now.  Is the new regime toxic?

I would just make sure they will have numbers to have competitive teams at the advertised level of play.  The PIC is not very clean and they do not care for the ice very good.  But, where ever you choose good luck.
