Summer Off Ice Training Programs

There are many off season/summer sports performance programs around southern NJ area but not so much hockey specific. Seems like most are baseball related. Anyone have any input they could share on good or not so good off ice training programs that don’t cost a ridiculous amount of money. Was hoping to find something more hockey specific and not just going to a local gym for $10 a month. Thanks in advance.
