I was under the impression that Tony Montagna was running the whole show. If he is the program will be in very good shape. He has been involved in DVHL hockey for decades

If you ain’t playing for the Elite side it’s a $hit show! Poor coaching mostly parents. Going back to our old program

A lot of clubs don't roster AA teams. So no you can't say that about almost every club. The clubs that do have AA teams recruit most of their players outside of the club normally pilfering from other clubs and taking on tier 1 players who drop from their previous programs. You see the parents motoring their kids around from AA team to AA team looking for the front runner who plans on stacking every season. If you truly want the best for your son or daughter and you are positive they are top level players take them to tier 1 tryouts. Clubs with AA teams have their rosters chosen for the next season well before their current season is over.
