I count 13 teams (at least) that is pretty big division.  Maybe not big for the AHF, but that is a decent size division.

Hollydell and Jersey Colts were at parity as a B team and seemed to be well placed.  Unsure how many teams Jersey Shore, Wintersport, or Hollydell will have at this level.

The DVHL has 7 bantam b teams. On a positive, it's good to see the Hershey Bears fielding more teams this year. I remember when my son started playing they were a pretty dominate club. My guess is they got a lot from the Vipers.

North Jersey Kings have a B team on their site but they weren’t at parity.

The AHF site is showing 19 teams for Bantam McDavid/B. That's a good # of teams, granted some are partial season teams I'm sure. As someone pointed out the DVHL has 7.

The DVHL has a respectable # of teams at 122, the AHF has 492 teams.
The breakdown is at 10U DVHL = 22 / AHF = 106. 12U DVHL = 35 / AHF = 118. 14U DVHL = 28 / AHF = 118. 16U DVHL = 21 / AHF = 85. 18U DVHL = 16 / AHF 41. Plus the 24 8AAA teams in the AHF. The two questions I have is how long the owner of Regency in Lancaster will holdout before selling to BB. Regency seems like a rink they'd want to buy. The other is when will Genesis join the AHF? I remember talk that the AHF wanted them in yr 1 and Genesis declined, then for Genesis to want to go AHF for this season and the AHF declined. If those 2 things happen the DVHL will lose 2 top clubs in their league. Genesis would be a death blow on its own though.

I’m not sure how many single pad rinks BB owns.  I don’t know that Regency would be a place they would target.  The Firebirds are already a BB team but still nonprofit.  Those two teams really should merge and form one org, but it won’t happen any time soon.  Too many parents are entrenched at one or the other after having bad experiences at the other rink.  Thankfully my kid hasn’t experienced any of those crapshow teams, but I know both orgs have had them.

The sensible thing to do (would require swallowing of pride by a lot of adults) is combine under the Firebirds name and stay an independent nonprofit.  Play the 12U and below out of the smaller Regency and the bigger kids out of the regulation LIR.  This would allow talent levels on teams to be more consistent rather than two orgs fighting for the same kids in the same area.  LIR has no 12U team this year and CPP is pretty light on 10U.
