Looks like they trimmed some kids off the peewee Hershey roster.  This is like the never ending money grab evaluation.  For those still alive in the evaluation process good job and good luck. But it seems no one is safe.

They'll continue to recruit through the rest of the year... you're 100% correct, no roster spot is safe until you walk on the bus in Feb.

I can't believe parents want their kids to do this. You have to fundraise to get the price lower for your kid. Then you as a parent get to pay about $8k for the week to stay in a hotel/meals. You will pay over $10k for this on top of the $15-$20K you pay for your "AAA" season. All for the privilege of your kid getting their asses kicked by better teams. You are morons!

Here’s a version that incorporates your added thought while keeping the tone firm but composed:

---

That’s a pretty narrow way to look at it. Life is about experiences—and this one is incredible in every way. It’s not just about the hockey, but everything that comes with it: the memories, the friendships, the challenges, and the growth. That’s what sticks with you. For a lot of people, hockey ends up being the least talked-about part.

This isn’t something you can compare to a family vacation in Hawaii—it’s deeper than that.

And if you’re here commenting, then you clearly care enough about the game to understand how meaningful an experience like this really is—if you ever get the chance to live it.

And if you're one of those ignorant parents who only cares about winning, then honestly, you'd be better off skipping it altogether. Because you'd be surrounded by families who *actually* understand how hard the road to the NHL is—and you’d get a real dose of reality.

Cool AI slop.  Definitely going to strongly consider the opinion of someone too dumb to write it themselves.

Your hockey knowledge is just as ancient as your understanding of technology — which honestly makes me wonder: what year were you born in? You do realize you can just speak into your phone now, right? And with AI, it even translates things so that morons can keep up. Convenient, isn’t it?

You get help writing this one too?  Some dipshit who thinks he knows "technology" because he owns an iPhone.  Perfect mark to get fleeced for a PW Quebec team.

Let’s get ready for round 8 tonight of the tryout.  That’s not AI generated.  But I bet there’s many PHC dads that are.  But daddy puck coming to you.

Looks like final cuts have been made.  Iam sure this team is going to be competitive and some dads are still crying their son was cut.  Oh well good luck to those involved.

All you fucking cry baby pussies. PHC was, at the least, 3 goals better than anyone in the district and they added some elite players.

How about this? For all the cry babies. Did you ask your organization why they didn’t have representation at tryouts? Could it be that your people are too lazy to volunteer their time? Instead you’re blaming the people who are willing?
