Norway youth sports movement

I just finished watching the segment on HBO's Real Sports on how Norway is running youth sports the proper way.  Here is a small segment.  I highly recommend watching the entire segment if you have HBO.

Big difference between Norway and here is, youth sports is a business and they don't care about the kids progress or talent. All they care about is the money.

Norway had 39 gold medals in the 2018 Winter Olypmics and they have only 5 million people in their country. They don't treat it like a business, the U.S. treat it like a business. You need to watch the entire segment.

Yea well when you have frauds who have been running the same programs for years masquerading as Hockey Directors despite no Track record of winning anything, who remove any inkling of Fun from the game and turn every practice into skating torture sessions no wonder we get our butt kicked.
