Author Topic: How to properly size and fit youth hockey elbow pads  (Read 1068 times)

“What size hockey elbow pads do I need?” Understanding how to properly fit youth elbow pads

Hockey Elbow Pads - The elbow should fit comfortably in the center of the cup and should not twist or slide on the arm. Also, look for an elbow pad that provides forearm protection. The end of the elbow pad should meet the cuff of the glove. Elbow pad sizing is based on height. ALWAYS TRY ON THE ELBOW PADS!
