Don't believe it because the coach makes sense but why 7 players? One kid was the bad seed what did 6 others do?

I don't know for how long.  Their games for this weekend were abruptly canceled.  Opposing teams were told about coach and player suspensions.

Any chance there's more detail available so we can update the OP? Who met with whom, when, and who passed down disciplinary action, ie USA hockey, AAHA or LIAHL? As already noted by somebody else, why were 7 players suspended, and for how long?

I'm sure they'll wilfully share the details of an incident they've made no effort to publicize without hesitation.

Certainly within your right.  As someone suggested, make that call to Commish and get back to us.

If indeed true, this is so far beyond the pale....  What could that kid possibly have been thinking? Season ban for the primary offender would be appropriate, but it’s likely no team or coach will ever take him on again. As for the rest involved, a decent suspension is warranted. As for the coach, depends upon his involvement, if any. If just negligent, a reasonable suspension is in order.  Either way, that team’s pretty much done for the season....
