Description:
The communication was sent out tonight along with a coaching application.

Revolution Families –

We have big news to announce! As a result of Wintersport Arena closing, we’re teaming up with the Wintersport Royals to combine clubs next season.

In addition, Coach Kanaly’s elite program has received Tier-I AAA status for next season at Squirts, PeeWees, Bantams and U15, which means we will have USA Hockey Sanctioned Tier-1 and Tier-2 hockey at Revolution Ice Gardens! Royals hockey director, **** **** will join our team and work closely with Coach Kanaly, Coach Gladnick and the rest of our coaches to take youth hockey in Bucks County to the next level!

For information on coaching for next season please contact **** Prozzillo ****@bucksice.com 215.675.300 . Attached is the coaching application we will be using for next season.

Royals News

Royals Families – We have big news! Next season, the home of the Royals will be Bucks County Ice and Revolution Ice Gardens As needed. Wintersport Ice Rink is under contract to sell to a third-party buyer group to redevelop the property for residential use. As a result, we’ve teamed up with the new ownership at Revolution Ice Gardens to merge youth clubs.  We Will remain the Wintersport Royals, using the same jersey, shell and socks that we are currently using. **** Prozzillo will remain hockey director. Big things are happening at Revolution Ice Gardens as well! The rink sold to new ownership in March 2019 and they have started improving the facility starting with the parking lot and lobby.  Revolution’s youth “Elite” program also just earned Tier-I “AAA” status for next season so we are excited to have a Tier-I affiliate for our players in the same rink! We remain committed to our Royals families and see this as a positive next step for the program. Stay tuned for updates on evaluations, tryouts and coaching announcements. The future of the Royals is bright.

Funny to me that Mercer (aka Black Bear) downplayed the entire "merging" of two teams last year when they made the announcement, forgoing informing parents that Princeton Youth would be the tier 2 program and the Mercer Chiefs tier 2 program would cease to exist. Fast forward exactly one year, and they are doing it again!

Well that’s All well and good for the Royals, but they are walking into a shit storm! I hope Black Bear puts some Money into the rink because that place is a shit hole! The ice is the worse ice in the Tri state area! The rink and locker rooms are a mess and good luck finding hot water for a shower!!

Bigger shit storm is allowing **** to run a hockey program. Expect players to be misplaced based on politics and plenty of teams with 10 total skaters. He is very good at getting 5-8 year olds on the ice but a horrible coach and director otherwise.

Place is a dump with poor vibe and a nice parking lot.
Tier2 and Elite teams are all pretty much lower end, playing against other lower end teams.
Do your homework before spending any money there. They're masters at bullshitting people.

If Rev is so bad, where do all of your kids play hockey?

Yes, this is a good question.  I don't know much about Rev, but it seems like there is new money going into the facilities from new ownership (that has been there less than a year), and now new management coming in.

Did you ever think that he didn’t take your kid, because of not really wanting you, the parent around!? You sound like a cancer parent.
