I see the Little Flyers listed as a member club of the DVHL, and a couple of teams (06 and 07) aren't listed on the AYHL page.  Anyone know what the story with them is?

The 06 and 07 Little Flyers teams were voted out of the AYHL along with the Washington Little Caps 07 team for this year. I believe if they perform well they can reapply for admission.

Wow! Should be interesting to see how they do in the DVHL. My guess is AA but who knows.

Shoosh, nobody has to know they're not tier 1 that's why nobody knows about it.

Money grab is correct. Watered down club. Offers nothing more than their Tier 2 counterpart. Instead of addressing any actual program issues they just hire a big name and slap it on the program like flex tape in an infomercial.

I heard the LF 06 and 07 teams are playing an independent schedule this year. I don't think they are a DVHL member club for the upcoming season.

Isn't there a DVHL rule that each rink can have only one member club?
