This is the bottom line.... ruling does not impact any of the other mitigation orders currently in place including, but not limited to the targeted mitigation orders announced in July, mandatory telework, mandatory mask order, worker safety order, and the building safety order.

Gatherings inside are limited to 25, and gatherings outside are capped at 250.

As for the court decision, the judge was a hand picked Trump guy. Wolf is already seeking a stay order and is proceeding ahead with appeal.

Well you are wrong. He says it himself last night he wants the order to stick until he files an appeal. Pa. Gov. Wolf wants coronavirus orders to stand while he appeals federal ruling

There is no limit. Tom Wolfs occupancy mandates do not exist as of the 14th. If he gets a stay it will go back into effect and if he doesn't he will appeal and if the appeal fails he is done with this mandate.
