Shortening the bench

When my son played on a 10U B team and the coach shortened the bench! We only played 1 season with the organization. I was either the assistant coach or head coach on my son’s teams from then on. I took pride in playing all players equally and parents commented positively to that. My other son never played AAA and played D-1 club all through college with teammates that played AAA all their lives and junior.
Bottom line is all youth hockey leads back to men’s league.
