If there is youth hockey this fall, there is a chance that spectators will not be allowed in the rink to watch. Overall,  that would be a net negative. It would however be nice not to have to listen to so-called "adults" whining about refs, shouting profanity-laced tirades towards players or getting into fights with other parents at 10U games.
