Flyers Elite to PHC?

How does Beach have no record of player development? his elite kids are very good, they can't get college offers yet so what would you base that statement off of? just curious. Also i believe he had 6-7 kids from his Flyers Elite roster that were invited to The Brick tryouts, that sounds like development to me. How did Beach run his teams into the ground? Ranked 22nd in the My Rankings this past season isn't bad to me.

Curious as to why a coach would leave an org at the squirt level in the first place? Seems odd at U10! that a coach would leave and try to take all of their players to an org that already had a team the prior year. Also both orgs seem to be about the same level which is watered down south jersey/phl AAA. Avs and Colonials have to be loving all of this org jumping carousel down here.
