10 0f the 30 18UAA teams that went to Nationals this year werent ranked in the top 100 and 7 had losing records. That's a shame used to be an honor to make Nationals.

What about Genesis?  They may have better skaters then last season, but will still have the two shaky goaltenders

If Blazers 04 core can make it back to Nationals this coming season that would be three straight Nationals by same age core representing PA for USA Nationals....has that ever been done?

[Guest]

Probably not done in the past when the number of teams were limited but now with Nationals so watered down it will become the norm

[Guest]

With no real competition I find it hard to believe one of the DE teams hasn't done it already

[Guest]

They dont represent PA...other teams from PA participate. They represent the DVHL.

[Guest]

They dont represent PA...

sorry, missed that part of the question haha

Haters will hate!  You may not like them but tell me a local team better than what that core group of Blazers have done the past 4 years.

[Guest]

They have done a good job winning DVHL Championships  ,not easy  ,but have fallen short everytime at Nationals which is the prize.

Holy crap. if the Blazers make Nationals again this coming season it will be 4 Nationals in a row, not 3!  Yes, Nationals lower divisions of 2A and 1A can be argued are watered down, but certainly the top division 3A is always the best of the best in the country so not watered down.  Yes, Blazers have not YET won the National title (But how many Atlantic District teams have....although this past season were 1 goal away), but more importantly, because after all this a "Atlantic District" board, the Blazers 04 group has proven to be clearly the best in the age group in the league they had competed in. If you ever competed against them, weren't you striving for the same prize.....but couldn't overtake them?  Why not give them their just due instead of being bitter and trying to diminish the accomplishment?
