Genesis Hockey Club

With decision making authority in Kerri's and silent partner Adam's hands it's safe to say nothing's changed.

Does anybody know who the professional goalie instructor is for the Genesis and when/how the instruction will be offered? Ice Dogs were supposed to have it but never did, they send you to Larry Paul and you have to pay for it. I see the same "Elite professional goalie training" mention on other clubs sites too. Has anybody ever seen or had goalie training included in their sons tuition for tier ll?

They have goalie clinics with Econ throughout the year, that's what they are referring to.

Our program has goalie clinics every other week.  I heard next year they are leaning to working them in every week 😁

My kids don’t play goalie, but I’ve watched these clinics, and they seem to be run by a highly competent instructor who is assisted by several T1 & Current College goalies. 😁

Whoever thinks Larry Paul isn't a top notch goalie coach they are out of their mind. He can make anybody into a functional to stand out goalie in one year.

The guy is awesome and I would be more than happy to give anybody his contact info. He does drop ins at Goalie Guru on Sundays @ 9am. You have to let him know you're coming though. He buys donuts for all of the goalies and passes them out after practice.

Haverford Hawks use Matt Tendler and there is no extra charge. My son doesn't play goalie, but from what I have seen they have a few specific goalie clinics in the beginning of the season, then 1 on 1 instruction during the team's regular practice time. I don't know how often that happens, maybe once a month?

So far it's looking like the Genesis Ice Dogs are adopting everything from the old Ice Dog program. Started with the board, now the the tuition. Can't wait to see the coaches

They listed their coaches and Dan Redante isn't on there. The Bantam A National coach is listed as Bantam AA. Did Redante go to another team?

Rumor Doak is going Blazers...

Heard the same, something about differing philosophies. The Blazers site says the coaches for 2019 are updated but it shows 2018.
