Thats understandable when a smaller club only has 1 or 2 teams in a division. The problem is when a club (and there are several and everyone knows who are), has 3 or 4 teams in a given division and plenty of good major aged players yet they do not field an AA team, an A team, and a B team as you would expect but field no AA team and put two teams in the “A” division even though one team is all or mostly major age. The “top” team should go AA, they know it, everybody knows it.  It’s a sandbagging decision that by going AA where they belong they might go .500 but by playing at A against kids a year younger, they can win it all!  The league is partly to blame once they introduced the ridiculous A National and A American divisions. It allowed sandbaggers to put a team in both National and American. But it’s still a coward, sandbagging move if your club has 3 or more teams at a level and your “top” team is all or mostly major age yet you choose to avoid AA.

4 projected AA teams are considering dropping to A National. Haverford Hawks are dropping. Lancaster, Genesis & LHV, are still undecided.

For the Hawks they aren't a AA team and the Genesis team is their 15AA team that has a bunch of 16 year olds AA's from last year on it. The 15 year olds aren't ready for AA.

Any word why Lancaster and LVH are also considering dropping?

Lancaster is not dropping.   Already fielding a A national team.

Where did you hear that the Hawks are dropping? I think they would be middle of the road in AA, but definitely not competing for a playoff spot. Goalies will struggle at AA, but have solid D in front of them. Not sure if they have enough scorers.

The 16AA level should be interesting this upcoming season.  Lots of good teams.  Still give nod to TG 16AA.  Was surprised this past weekend that Delco top 16AA team could not beat their lower team for championship.  Both played down to A level as it was.

Everything is finalized. All the teams you listed are playing AA. Division looks like this
Lehigh 2
Lehigh 1
Genesis 2
Genesis 1
Haverford
Delco
Lancaster
Blazers
Palmyra
Team Philly
Again, this is final, no swapping levels at this point
