Philadelphia independence private locker rooms

Why do 10 year olds have their own locker room in a public hockey rink? Isn't this single team club independent with no affiliation with north east skate zone?

I'm guessing they forked over some decent $$$ to the rink to their own locker room. I assume they paid for the construction as well.
Its just another selling point to try to entice kids to go there. Same with how the JRF have that club house room at Iceline. At least that is a long standing organization, this Independence team could fold after this year and that locker room would be all for nothing.

My sons hockey team is rink owned and they are the primary club which plays out of Ice Line so of course they will have whatever John Graves feels like giving them.

They paid skate zone $10,000 for the private locker room, they also get an ice cut between 2 and third periods as squirts.  It is called parents with too much money and spoiled kids.  If they were that good they would be on a real AAA team.

AAA 09s in this area, Virtua/PHC/JRF/Little Flyers/VFMM. To Guest #4, many (two thirds) of the Independence kids played AAA (JRF) last year. Get the facts right you dope.

Keep in mind AAA in this area is maybe B or A in New England, Minny, or Canada. Those are facts.
