In the AAHA rules, it states nobody from an AAHA 18U Tier 1 team can move to another AAHA 18U tier 1 team even with a release. But is it possible for player movement from a CHC 18U Tier 1 team to a AAHA 18U Tier 1 team with a release?

I'm pretty sure this goes for all AAHA members no matter where you are geographically. If you're a member you can't go to another AAHA tier 1 participating team.

WRONG! With a release, you can go anywhere! Without a release you can go outside the district. Even in AYHL, you can change teams with a release, until December 31st! Already happened many times. Look at Junior Flyers goalies!
