Rules for T1 Girl to play DVHL B level?

Does anyone know the rules in the DVHL pertaining to a T1 JR Flyer girl to play B level PeeWee hockey?

You can play both but why waste her time and your money on B?

Probably goes with the same rule that allows tier 1 jr flyer girls to play on their tier 2 girls team...

She plays for Jr Flyers T1 but the B club isn't JR Flyers.

The U12 JR Flyers Girls team is tournament only. All of the girls on the team either play DVHL or tier II girls in addition to tier I.

In Atlantic District, girls can dual roster on a "boys" team. Even for different club.

Thats because Jr flyers do not have a tier 1 team in 12u only a tournament team that played 4 tourneys.

If thats the case then there team is equivalent to the Mid Atlantic Black Knights tournament team that also doesnt play in any league they register for tournaments then recruit players to play for them. Anybody from any league can play on there tournament team at any time during the season.
